The ever-increasing use of electric motors and demand for high quality products recommend the straightening process in electric rotors' production. The aim is to bring tolerances of shaft bearing seats to optimal values by straightening the workpiece to remove as materials as possible over turning process. Straightening process allows to reduce complex and costly balancing activities.
Machine size depends on the section and length of parts.
In order to guarantee a great productivity, the electric motor shafts can be loaded/unloaded by chain conveyors with forks, by portal systems, or by 6-axis robots according to customer plant layout requirements or to the production flow to be followed.
