Compression tests on foam and expanded cellular materials

The anvil is put in contact with the specimen to determine a reference height. 

This is permitted by a series of preconditioning loading segments and a test loading sequence. Data are acquired during the test loading sequence which generally includes an existing time. The calculated results usually include loads at defined % indentations or deflections.
