MTC 600
The combination of Galdabini's Research & Development division and the experience of the Galdabini LAT N° 034 Calibration Lab has led to the creation of the new MTC series, exclusively made for load cell calibration.
These brand-new machines meet the needs of:
- Calibration centres
- Load cell manufacturers
- Precision sensor manufacturers
requiring internal calibration and certification activities (Calibration Class: 0.5 according to EURAMET CG4).
The MTC 600 and MTC 100 models are used daily within the Galdabini Calibration Lab to meet the calibration activities of load cells used in the production process of the Quasar and Quantum range, as well as the multiple calibrations required by third-party customers.
This distinctive unit is equipped with:
- Load cell in class 00
- Manufactured by an ISO 9001 Certified Company
- Reinforced protection barrier for safety reasons
- Exclusively designed for the calibration of load cells
- Specific software calibration with a unique setting for calibration methods
- General devices for quick coupling with customer load cells and dynamometer
